Hal Mayforth: “Subversive In His Own Little Way”
The colorful and irreverent work of East Montpelier artist Hal Mayforth takes up residence in the Amy E. Tarrant Gallery through the winter to help ease a viewer’s case of seasonal affective disorder as well as any therapeutic light box! His show includes watercolors, abstract acrylics, word paintings, humorous paintings, and a wall of sketchbook reprints.
