Grant

The Marble House Project in Dorset is the proud recipient of an Arts Grant from the National Endowment for the Arts to support Marble House’s 2018 Artist Residency Program and ART-Seed events. A jury of 55 alumni chose 56 Artists in Residence out of a competitive applicant pool of 690 for residencies, some collaborative, in music, dance, performance, literature, film, poetry, playwriting, visual, curatorial and the culinary arts. The Arts Grant also supports ART-Seed, which are single day events featuring work from each residency session’s artists-in-residence, including performance, open studios, and readings. Each of this year’s seven ART-Seeds concludes on the final weekend of each residency between May and October. Marble House Project’s culinary artists host their Farm to Table dinners on Friday evenings and ART-Seed follows on Saturday, Noon-5PM. ART-Seed is free and open to the public, but the Farm to Table dinners require advance reservation.
