In late 2011, the Magic Hat Artifactory inaugurated the ArtSpace, a curated space showing art by talented local artists on the tour ramp. The Artifactory is the “nerve center of all things Magic Hat” and presents music throughout the year and will soon start an artist-in-residence program.
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 10AM-6PM; Friday-Saturday, 10AM-7PM; Sunday, Noon-5PM. Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. Open Christmas Eve, 10AM-3PM and New Year’s Eve, 10AM-5PM.

Haley Bishop was the 2012 winner of the Labels for Libation contest. Her winning label will be featured on a limited edition run of 22oz bottles of Magic Hat’s Art Hop Ale, sold exclusively at the Magic Hat Artifactory. Bottles of Art Hop ale will go on sale June 7th during Haley’s art opening at the Artifactory and proceeds from the sale of the beer will benefit SEABA.
Originally from California, Haley has spent most of her life in Vermont. She attended Burlington Tech Center, studying Design & Illustration, before achieving her BFA from the School Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and Tufts University. The places in her life are extremely important to Haley, and form the basis for much of her work. She considers herself an abstract colorist, though many of her pieces contain objects of familiarity & comfort. Using pen-and-ink illustration, watercolor, acrylic, and computer scans, Haley transforms images of familiar spaces into colorful, layered mixed-media pieces.
