Sabra Field will respond to questions regarding her work and inspiration.\u00a0 Included in the 85 Church Street exhibit is work by Sabra which spans the past fifty years. \u00a0A unique aspect of this retrospective is that almost all of the hand-pulled woodblock prints on display will be available for purchase.\u00a0 The exhibit provides a rare glimpse at Sabra\u2019s early work and a preview of things to come.\u00a0 \u00a0The conversation then continues\u00a0 at the 152 Cherry Street off site location where Sabra Field will continue to take questions and talk about her work on display as part of our FIVE exhibit, where several of Sabra\u2019s newest and largest prints hang including the sweeping tropic scene,\u00a0<em>Water Planet<\/em>, and the translation of Italian Renaissance painting,\u00a0<em>Piero Forever<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps no artist is more identified with having captured Vermont\u2019s pastoral qualities than Sabra Field.\u00a0 This tour provides a rare opportunity to meet this remarkable individual.<\/p>\n<p>Since 1973 Sabra Field has been a featured artist at the Vermont State Craft Center, Frog Hollow.<\/p>\n<p>Both exhibits run the month of July.\u00a0 The \u201cWalk and Talk\u201d marks the end of both exhibits and is the last chance to view and purchase many of the work on display.<\/p>\n<p>Free and open to the public<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/vermontartguide.com\/places\/?p=461\" target=\"_blank\">FROG HOLLOW<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sunday, July 29, 2012, 2PM | Frog Hollow <\/p>\n<p>Frog Hollow presents a walking tour with Vermont printmaker Sabra Field starting at Frog Hollow&#8217;s 85 Church Street address and moving on to the off-site location at 152 Cherry Street.
