Melissa Peabody STATEMENT Melissa uses acrylic paints on canvas and her work is abstract expressionism. She enjoys the movement that shows through on the paint and the story that it tells. BIO Melissa Peabody has always been passionate about creating art. She attended Champlain College, where she earned a bachelors degree in fine arts. After college, Melissa took a break from creating and took a corporate job. She soon realized that art was necessary and started painting again. Melissa resides in South Burlington.
